Hi:
I’m running Firefox V3.6.12 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on my laptop. All has been working well until today when I booted it up and attempted to go on the internet, Firefox would not display my homepage images.
If I click in any of the frames, it will go to that website however. I went to load my FTP and see if my account was still on the IP server and it returns an error saying “Password Needed”.
I called my IP and they confirmed the Username and Password were fine however, I still cannot access my homepage account so, something is definitely amiss. What is really weird is that I’m running firefox on my desktop with win7 32 bit and it displays the homepage just fine. Same thing for my other desktop running XP.
I have looked into “Page Info” on Firefox on the laptop and under “Permissions” although the radio buttons seem to be checked properly, they are all ghosted as is the listing of the images. Really weird.
Does anyone out there have a clue as to what my next move should be, because the IP’s do not give support on home page problems and only refer the user off to their FAQ sheets on their website. Of course my specific problem is not included on their FAQ’s.
By the way, I also tried it using IE and the same thing happens there too.
HELP…..
