Help with SUMIF formula

Hi,

I have a SUMIF function that I need help with. I have multiple conditions it needs to look at to pull the sum. I think I should be using SUMIF but I am not 100% sure.
See attached sample for what I am trying to accomplish.

Have you considered using a Pivot Table/Chart as shown in the attached sample?
