Does anyone know where Outlook stores the template it uses when mail messages are printed?

All messages are printed with my name in large print up top. I know my own name! Most of the time. How do I change things so that the subject is up there in big print?

I would love to hear otherwise, but I don’t think it’s editable. The reason for the big username is probably in the networked environment, to enable people to sort out print jobs without reading too far down the page.

More Information: I found this article at MS that suggests some custom forms and VBScript options, but these are not really practical for inbound mail. While you can force all inbound mail to be read in a custom form, this deprives you of certain useful features, for example, relating to tracking. (I posted my complaints about this last year.)

Methods 3 and 4 appear to be potentially applicable to mail messages. Of course, if you’re willing to dive into VBA programming, you have a lot of options, including automating Word and Internet Explorer, but I haven’t tested whether either really creates decent-looking results.
