    Normally paypal goes through just fine but if you are having issues, try this:

    To renew your subscription using PayPal:
    1. Log in at askwoody.com
    2. Go to your Account > PayPal Payments
         You should see an email listed here – delete that, even if it’s the email you want to use for PayPal.
    3. Go back to https://www.askwoody.com/complete-registration/ if you’ve already started a new subscription
         Or, go to https://www.askwoody.com/plus-membership/ to start over
    4. Check out as usual.

      Just extended membership using PayPal.
      Smooth process.

      I did not have a problem with paypal, but I am having a problem accessing the Plus Membership content. If I go to the list of newsletters, only the link to the free letters are live. The Plus content has no link or way that I see to access it. If I click on the Master Patch List, I just get taken to the sign up page for Plus Membership. I am logged in. I tried using both Firefox and Chrome – no luck. What am I doing wrong?

        @slanskye , for some reason you’re only showing up as a regular non-paid member. If you showed up as a Paid member, you’d have a little ribbon with a blue + symbol in the upper right corner of the space for your avatar. Hopefully Susan can get to the bottom of what happened.

          Thank you for letting me know what you see. Under my name/logout button it says Plus Membership, Thanks for supporting AskWoody, and my membership expires Nov 3 2025 (I just renewed yesterday w/Paypall). Just – weird. I’ll be patient.

            Just under the words “Plus Membership” there should also be one of those ribbons with the blue + symbol.

              Yes, the ribbon with the blue + is to the left of the words “Thanks for supporting Askwoody”.

              Susan has been emailed. She should get back with you this evening, but if she is not able to, check back in the morning.

              I am logging out now. Been on around 12 hours today. I will check back when I log in tomorrow morning. Hang loose.
