Last month I had to uninstall updates KB2553154 and KB2589348 because they inactivated my Excel macros. None of the suggested remedies from MS worked, so took them out. That fixed the problem. Have since updated all more recent Office security patches with no ill-effects, but have seen nothing to indicate any of the newer updates are fixes for the “bad” patches. The two uninstalled patches are still hanging around on my update screen. Have they yet been reissued, fixed, or what? Can I just forget about them?
Win 7 x64 SP 1; Office 2010.
