I tried placing a contact distribution list in the “Message Options | Have replies sent to” field. Outlook accepted the list name just fine (displayed the list name underlined) and even showed the names in the list when I displayed the list’s properties. However, when I replied to incoming message, Outlook displayed only the sender’s e-mail address (me). I decided to send the message anyway thinking that, well, Outlook might have some method for Bcc’ing the list. No such behavior. So, my question:
Is designating a contact distribution list in the “Have replies sent to” field intended to work or is Outlook misleading me by accepting the list in the first place.
Thanks,
