Groupwise 5.5 – Notify (Netscape 4.7)

I have a user who has set all the settings for Groupwise to notify him of incoming email. He has the notifiy icon in his system tray, But, when he receives mail, it doesn’t notify him. When he clicks on the notify icon, it says “No Notifications,” even though he has unopened mail that came in. Any ideas? I tried the Novell site – no luck. I even posted on their board. Nothing.
