    Hi,

We have Microsofty setup with Exchange Server delivering mail to our Outlook clients.

My Q. is: how can we setup a shared Group Calendaring Tool?

Do I need to buy an add-on, or can I use what I currently have?

    TIA,

    m.q.

If you are using Outlook 2002, it has group scheduling built in. Type schedule;group in the help index, then click Create, view, or delete a group schedule in the list of topics.

You can set up a shared calendar in a public folder. Then give the appropriate permissions to your users.
