Apple lost to Masimo over blood oxygen sensor used in Apple watch 9 and Ultra 2.
U.S. International Trade Commission issued an import ban on the watches that include the technology.

Apple removed all watches from its stores but watches at other stores continue to sell
and users that bought these watches continue to use blood oxygen feature (Apple hasn’t removed the feature using an update).

The feature has been removed from all new Apple watch 9 and Ultra 2 imported to US.
