Good, free Hash Tab program

Found this useful free program that puts another “Tab” when you right click” on a filedownload that you want to check the “Hash” :cheers: Regards Fred

Gosh Fred, I think I posted that in another thread concerning Win 8 quite a while ago, but who knew, I cannot find it. I have used HashTab for several months to check the Sha 1 Hash for ISO file downloads. It is very reliable in checking validity of downloaded files.

I looked back quite a ways and could not find it. Must have been in a download/installation thread of some sort. My searches recently have been less than favorable.

Yes indeed. I have used it quite a bit. Most ISO file downloads do show a Sha-1 Hash. Until I found Hash Tab I could not check. And using this is so easy.
