I want to ensure that all input are in capital letters and switch the CapsLock on if it isn’t. I can use SendKeys to turn the Capslock key on. However how do I know if the Capslock is already on before I use Sendkeys?

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

AskWoody LoungerFebruary 1, 2003 at 10:43 pm #649789You can force the input into capitals, which is both more polite and simpler than trying to change the keyboard state. If you use an input mask on the field, you can easily force that field to upper case by using a > as the input mask and you don’t have to worry about whether the Caps Lock is on.
