Try FreeFixer as that will show all files of which some can be deleted.

Have you tried opening Windows Explorer and entering ganjalax into the top right search box ?

I don’t know this other program, but it would also seem reliant on you locating the file, but is there anything in Programs and Features related to the second file name in the article ?

You could also do a search of the Registry by clicking on Edit/Find and typing ganjalax into the Find box then click on Find next until it has exhausted its search.

EDIT – Having had another dig around to see if it is associated with a particular program, came across – http://www.freefixer.com/library/file/Ranelectronics.exe-198155/ and scrolling down to the bottom gives ganjalax.exe as a file name variant, so you may have better luck in finding it under that name.

What options do you get when you click on the Resolve Button drop downs?

Also in Control Panel > File Explorer Options > View tab, make sure the radio button nest to “show hidden files” is set along with the check box clear for “Hide extensions for known file types”
