• Freeze rows Excel 13

    This should be simple. I have a spreadsheet budget and just need row 4 frozen so everything below scrolls un under it. I have had past budgets in Excel 2002 where that worked well, but the help file in Excel 13 says it only freezes the top line. They surely haven’t taken a function away have they? Office 13 is 10 times worse to work in then the older versions. Thanks for the assistance.

      This is really strange. I had messed with that for an hour and couldn’t get it to work but when I went back and clicked on 5B, it did exactly what I wanted it to do. Thanks anyway.

      Can you not click below the row to freeze and use excel 13 freeze row above, this should work ?
