Shouldn’t you be typing “noiron” rather than the full name of the snippet? Otherwise, you are missing the point of having a shortcut.

 

As in: Now, when I’m working on a document and need some oft-repeated bit of text, I simply type its keyword. If, for example, I enter “Minecraft Iron Theft,” it’ll be immediately replaced with “Next one of you who steals my iron is going to be round-house kicked.”
