Pls. recommend me good URLs where I can download free templates / backgrounds etc. Am looking esp. for a textured template that has navigation buttons etc. built in.

Another *excellent* place to get some cheap, pre-built sites is OutFront. The sites – yes, these are pre-made sites – are $15 each and less in bulk. All you have to do is change the text and navigation to suit your needs.

Trying putting “front page themes” or other variations in your browser. I’ve found at least a half dozen sites with lots of themes. Most of them have a few freebies and some are priced as low as $5.95 and I’ve seen a few that approach $20. If you don’t have much luck, let me know and I’ll send you my list of Favorites with Theme links.
