Is there any way to set a rule that forwards an e-mail when recieved from a particular address.

      Yes, using the Rules Wizard:
Conditions to be met: With specific words in the senders address (the address you want to check against)
What do you want to do with the meassage: Forward it to people or distribution list
I believe the recipient of the forwarded copy needs to be in your contacts or pab.

        Hi Leif

Yes I want to forward it to someone in my pab.

I have tried this but did not seem to be able to do it

Hmm – should work – I use it here.

Is the incoming address being checked against an entry in your pab, or have you manually entered it? I have an idea the manual entry works best.

Can you manually run the rule and get it to work?

            HI Lief

Got it working fine now thank’s very much

You only have to read my signature to see why I have problems
