I suddenly started getting a pop-up window saying someting about NT Authority had received a bad retrun code from RPC and was shutting down. Nothing has changed (as far as I know) since I loaded ZA Pro earlier this month. I was looking at the Application event log and came across the following at about the same time as the forced re-boot:
The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal processing. HRESULT was 800706BA from line 44 of d:ntcomcom1xsrceventstier1eventsystemobj.cpp.

I have a real problem with that path on my d: drive – it does NOT exist, nor does eventsystemobj.cpp exist on any of my hard drives.

I have run out of iedas on this one.
