I normally compose my emails using plain text, and have Outlook default to that. I don’t use Word as my email editor. I want to send some Christmas emails in HTML, using fancy backgrounds and some holiday fonts. If the fonts I use are not installed on the recipients’ computers, how do I get them to display and print correctly? I know there’s an option in Word to embed Truetype fonts, but I don’t see any similar option in Outlook.

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

It is a file format for graphics that works especially well with things like screenshots – it achieves very high compression levels without discernible quality loss there. I always use it when I want to attach a screenshot to a pots. PNG is less suitable for photographs and photograph-like computer graphics; JPG does a better job there.
