    In Outlook 2007 MSO SP2, I increased the default font size for my Inbox messages (View > Current View > Customize Current View > Other Settings), but the ones that are flagged for follow-up stayed at the smaller default size.

      That behavior is by design. If you also want to change the font size of flagged messages that are overdue (normal seems to be red Segoe UI 8pt, you can set that with View/Current View/Customize Current View/Automatic Formatting to match the size of your cusomized font size for Rows.

      Thanks. It was quite frustrating having the most important emails in my Inbox so tiny I couldn’t read them!
