    I have an user who is trying to search for some help using Excel help. The problem is that the font is so small you can’t read it. We have checked fonts in the control panel, in internet exlporer…we can’t seem to change it.

      Office 2000 and later use HTML for their help files, so font size is controlled by Internet Explorer. Have you really made sure that Normal is selected in View | Text Size in Internet Explorer?
