We just switched to IMAP/gmail server for two of our accounts. These two accounts always show up as collapsed when I open Outlook 2007 or 2010 (see attached). Which means I have to click to open up the folders and subfolders. A minor irritant. Is there a way to prevent the folders from collapsing?
