When I open one of my continuous forms and happen to move the top of the mouse wheel in the aft direction, the first record of the form disappears. It is not lost, it just disappears from view on the top of the form. It can be brought back into view by clicking on the (select first) button of the record selector. All of my continuous forms respond in the same way. Is there a way to prevent this awkward behavior?

The mouse wheel lets you scroll through records in a continuous form – you can both scroll up and down.

Stephen Lebans has written a DLL that can be used to disable the mouse wheel in forms. There are separate versions for Access 2000 (and up) and for Access 97. See MouseWheelOnOff.
