firefox changes font size n in body of gmail

Just reinstalled all my programs after having to wipe the drive for a corrupted W8.1 install. GMail is in tiny fonts, nearly unreadable and I can’t find where to change font size in the body. Even here on the Lounge, my font is only about 9 and in tools I changed it to 28. The headers are good size, just the body text is miniature. I reinstalled FireFox and it didn’t make any difference. Any ideas appreciated

Hold down the [Ctrl] key then scroll the mouse wheel foward, (away from you). For smaller, scroll it back.
