Is there a way in VB to do the same as the excellent Find & Replace add-in for Access ? http://www.rickworld.com/download.html
i.e. I have a control, cboRecipient, which I want to rename to cboProvider, along with any references to it, events for it, etc.

Or is there an equivalent add-in ?

Take a look at SpeedFerret 4.0 at http://www.speedferret.com works in Access 97/2000, VB 5 and 6, and SQL Server 6.5 and 7. It is certainly pricier than Rick Fisher’s add-in, but it is a stand-alone application rather than an add-in..

Thanks Charlotte, it certainly looks like the VB equivalent of Rick’s add-in,
and yeap, it’s pricier
Have to see if my boss will pay for it
