‘File History’

I have Win 8.1. As part of my backup procedures I use ‘file history’. However, because I use many third party, (ie non-MS), apps, most of my data is in ‘users/me/AppData’. Is there a way of adding this to ‘File History’ so that it gets backed up like the other stuff under File History instead of me having to manually copy that folder onto my external hard drive?

One of the most easiest and best methods of adding folders to File History, would be to create a library and just add those folders to a library. Check out this site for more info:
