Just updated to WIN10 1909. When I click in the search box in File Explorer the text is so small I cannot read it. I had no problems in 1809. The search works but you do not know if you spelled your search correctly until you see the results. I have a dual monitor setup. Primary monitor is my laptop with 4K resolution. The second monitor is 1920×1080. Unreadable in both monitors.

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

Some hardware details might help – what brand/model laptop? Processor? RAM? Graphics card manufacturer/model?
