    Hi,

I want to create a custom XL or HTML report out of my MS Project schedule plan that looks like the Resource Usage view – i.e. having the following as fields:

    1. Resource Name
    2. Work (Baseline/Actual/Work)
    3. Month-wise or week wise breakup of effort.

Doing this manually is quite cumbersome. Would one need a macro for this? Is there one already written for such a requirement? I would be very grateful if somebody could help me on this.

    Thanks

    Pallav

Please respond, even if its a no. For now, I am copying and pasting the information into an XL and outlining it to give it a Resource Usage view feel. Can’t do that for very large plans (the one I am handling is a 40K hours plan, so its big in anycase). My stakeholders need ETC and actuals forecasting done month-wise using the plan, so have to use this approach.

      Thank you in advance,

      Pallav

I apologize for the lack of replies, but please be patient. The Project forum isn’t very busy, so our Project experts don’t look at it every day – they only check in once in a while to see if there are new questions.
