On our company network, we have one user who is having trouble accessing an Outlook public Form we have created. (Exchange server setup).

When she tries to open the form, we get this message:
“Can’t open this item. Failed to start the Expression Service. The Expression Service might not be installed. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu or be re-running Office 2000 setup”

I have been unable to find any relevant information on this error on Microsoft’s knowledge database. Are any of your familiar with it? All other users are fine.

      Fixed it.
Had to replace the file Vbajet32.dll
It must have been corrupt, because replacing it with another copy resolved the problem.
      thanks anyway
