• Exporting OLE to Excel

    Hi all! Tried to find the answer to this on the forum, but don’t see it addressed: We have a table that automatically exports to Excel via macro. However, one of the fields in the table is an OLE object (bitmap images). All the fields export to Excel fine except the bitmap image. It just shows up as blank. Ideas? We need the image to export too, as this is a back-up.

        However the post you refer to doesn’t specify whether the path integrity will be saved when I export to Excel. Also, how do you “add a text field that stores a path to the related jpg” as Seth says? I have posted a new Access request to lounge in hopes that wording it differently might get a bigger response. Thanks
