    Greetings,

This should be a smple one. For the attached file, how can I export column A data to Word and separate each value by commas in order to enter in to an online search query?

    Thanks!

Would the list be acceptable in the form shown in the screenshot?

It should be, as long as I can copy and paste it in to a search field….

        Thanks

          >It should be, as long as I can copy and paste it in to a search field….Convert>Table To Text

It’s clumsy but it may suffice.

          Good luck.

In a similar vein, but without using formulas:
          – Select the data in column A (A1:A:A98).
          – Copy (Ctrl+C), then paste into Word (Ctrl+V).
          – Click inside the pasted table.
          – Select Table | Convert | Table to Text and click OK.
          – Select Edit | Replace (or press Ctrl+H).
          – Enter ^p in the Find what box.
          – Enter a comma in the Replace with box.
          – Click Replace All.
          – Remove the comma(s) at the end.
