I want to export the results of a query to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. How? Thanks for any help.

With the results of the query on the screen, go to Tools…Office Links…Analyse with Excel.

This assumes you want to do it yourself. Alternatively you can programme it to happen automatically.

With the query open you can just copy all the data and paste it straight into Excel.

And another way – simply right-click on the query you want to export, and choose the export option. You will be prompted to select the kind of file you want to create, and Excel is one of the choices. (Of course you can also do it with code, using either the TransferSpreadSheet command, or using Automation.)
