    Hello there
I am looking for ideas on how I can Export data from Access to existing Spreadsheet. The spreadsheet I need to export to, is used by lots of other people as well as me. I keep an Access database which meets our team needs with lots of extra information, but sadly have to also upkeep ‘managements” primitive spreadsheet with just some of the info we maintain. To keep the peace I am trying to find a way to automate the process of up keeping managements requirements.

I want to do two things in the process.

    1. where a record already exists in the Spreadsheet (identified by an ID) I want to be able to replace the row with updated information from the database
    2. where a new record has been created in the database, since the last export, I want to create a new record in the spreadsheet.

    I hope this makes sense.

Any assistance will be most appreciated.

    Kerry
