    Hi,

I place “Refer” in the criteria of “Outcome” field of the query. Once I run the query, all null data in “Outcome” field disappeared. How can I see all data includes no null by excluding “Refer?”

    Thanks,

if you include – or is null – in the where claus then you should get what you want.
eg in the Outcome column you put in the criteria – “Refer”
now just put in the row below
      Is null

Just one further point…if there are any other criteria in the query, you need to repeat them on the line where you have put ‘is null’ under Outcome.

To avoid doing that you can put “Refer” or is null on the one line.

Thanks,. This works: put “Refer” or is null on the one line
