Exchange 2007 Outlook Web Access blocks JPG

I have one company account that gives
Outlook Web Access has blocked access to attachments.
for a 200K JPG file.
Other accounts set up the same way process the file.
Any ideas on how to get around the block?

Do you have a message size restriction on that account?

There is no message size restriction and JPG at 200K should not be a problem.

If there is the more than one Client Access server involved, are all configured the same?

I haven’t found the cause for that one account.
I have a workaround by moving it from webmail to Outlook POP access.
Now attachments come thru without any blocks.
