Back with Works 3.0 there was a Report Wizard that easily took my single column of data and created a multiple column print format. Never found how to do this in excel. I need to print a single column into a multiple column printout in order to get all data on one sheet. Any suggestions? I am using Excel 2007 and Word 2007 only. There’s gotta be a simple answer.

If you want to turn multiple rows of data into mutiple columns of data or visa versa.

      1. Select the data you wish to transpose.
      2. Select Copy
      3. Go to the Cell where you want the data to appear in the worksheet.
      4. Paste Special and when the dialog box appears select “Transpose” then OK

The Row data is transposed into Columns.

I hope this is what you needed.

You can paste the data into Word and use Format | Columns
      or
try to find a third party utility/add-in to arrange the columns in Excel.
