Excel Print Area (Excel 2002 SP3)

I have saved an excel file with a print area and rows to repeat in the file. I share this file with several others and this print area displays and prints fine. However, with one person the print area and rows to repeat at top: are blank. We are all using excel 2002 with sp3, so I can’t figure out what the problem is. I hope someone can help me figure this out.
