I need a chart to demonstrate quality v customer service.
So if y is quality and x is customer service and Fred is 4 = quality 2 = customer service I want my marker to appear 4 points up (y) and 2 points across (x). The bubble gets me there but then makes the bubbles different sizes – is there any way of keeping them the same – or is there an alternative chart type I could use?

Unfortunately this gives me a data point for Quality and another for Customer Service. I am loooking for one data point which reflects both. If each range from 1 to 6 and I have a 1 for quality (x) and 6 for customer service (y) I would hope to find the data point in top left of the chart. If I have 6 for quality (x) and 1 for customer service (y) I would hope to find a data point in the bottom right of the chart.

I think I am going to end up drawing something in powerpoint!!!

Does the attached workbook do what you want? I created an XY scatter chart based on columns B and C, then used Rob Bovey’s free add-in XY Chart Labeler to add data labels based on column A.
