Events in Calendar (Outlook 2003)

Trying to add numerous events in one day in an Outlook calendar. Add 15 events which are viewable. After that, events don’t appear but have been to the calendar. When multiple people try to view the calendar, they cannot see all the events. Is there a limit of the number of events that can be added to a calendar date and still be viewable? Thanks…Carol

Events showing are directly related to Screen Resolution – Outlook retains 50% of the daily view for appointments. Depending on your screen resolution and Outlook being maximized, you will see a different number of events.

16 1024×768
23 1280×1024
28 1600×1200

If you change the screen resolution, be aware that these changes will affect other programs. Enjoy… trish
