Is there any way to set up a button or macro to eliminate all errrors on a document where you have pasted a macro or any other thing that word doesn’t recognize? I was used to the little button down at the bottom of Word 2003 which was very handy. This having to go into options/proofing to ignore every time is a pain. Appreciate any help I can get. By the way I know nothing about writing a macro.

You will need to provide more information about what you want to do here. Your terminology is all over the place but it appears you are talking about a spell check or grammar error rather than the workings of a macro. There are lots of little buttons at the bottom of Word 2003 so you might need to be more specific about that too.
