error with troubleshooter

“An error occurred while downloading the troubleshooter. An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can’t continue.”

Can anybody explain why this is happening? In my case I’m trying to load Bluetooth devices.

I have a clean install Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Have you checked the system log files to see if there is more detail?

Good point. I checked the event viewer and found several bluetooth errors. Since I tried to install, reinstall, and delete several times over I can’t pin point any particular problem. In other words its very confusing. I’m going to clear the error report and start over. Then I can see the specific error when it occues’
