I just moved my calendars from one computer (Windows Vista, Office 2007) to a new one (Windows 7, Office 2007).
I did not notice that I could check to move subfolders along with the primary calendar, so first I just moved the primary calendar and I have been using it without problems for two weeks now.
Today I imported the rest of the calendars. Although all four of them appeared to have imported successfully (they showed up and the data wais there when I select them for viewing), now every time I open Outlook it looks for the original copies of them on the thumb drive I used to import them from!
I thought that I would just delete those newly imported calendars and try again, but even after deleting them, Outlook asks for them when I open. The message says, for example, “The file path specified E:Tickler Calendar is not correct” and when I click OK it takes me to a dialog box to create or open a pst file. I have to close out of both the error message and this subsequent dialog for three different files before Outlook will let me work!
Help getting rid of these messages and successfully reimporting my additional calendars will be greatly appreciated.
