There might be an object near the bottom of the worksheet. hit F5 (goto), special, objects. Now use the tab key to see which are there. if you find one near the bottom of the sheet, remove it.

        “no objects found”

        Sigh . . .

Didn’t say but maybe it matters – the document is password protected . . .

I can’t really explain why, but try selecting a chunk of blank rows from the bottom of the worksheet and deleting them. I’ve had this help me out in the past. Though if the sheet is protected, you may need to unprotect first.

I can’t explain it, either – so I just copied all the data and pasted just the values in to a new workbook – works fine. I don’t know what the author will do with it – but when I sent it to her, it was working . . .

            Thanks for trying!

It can also be caused by comments attached to cells.

No comments, either – also deleted all blank rows and columns – the only fix I could find was what I did . . .

Another mystery of the universe unsolved . . .

Thanks for trying, though – always appreciate any help I can get.
