A friend uses Internet Explorer. When she goes to the ARRP site (they have a jigsaw game on the site) and then she closes Internet Explorer, she gets the following error message:

IEXPLORE.exe – Application Error The instruction at “0x015c5f6c” referenced memory at “0x015f6c”. The memory could not be “read”.

Any suggestions on what is causing this?

If your friend is sure that he/she has no spyware on the computer, try the following:
      1. Insert the Windows CD. When the ‘What do you want to do?’ screen pops up, click ‘Exit’. Leave the CD in the drive.
      2. Click Start>Run
      3. Type in SFC /Scannow
Windows will check your system, and will replace any corrupt or damaged files. This may help.
