Epson Workforce driver problems in Win11

Epson provide a Win11 driver for my Workforce 633 printer.  The driver that Windows has installed allows no access to Quality Options, Maintenance, or Status Monitor (which gives ink levels etc.)  Win11 will not allow the installation of the Epsom driver which only comes in an EXE package.

Any suggestions.

P.S. My Brother HL-5050 is a lost cause as Windows 11 does not even recognize a new USB connection when I plug it in.

that’s because the Brother HL-5050 printer is a “discontinued” model according to the Brother web site and the latest OS supported for the HL-5050 printer is Windows 10 and not Windows 11

as for the Workforce 633 printer {it’s weird that the latest driver for that one was released in late October 2012 around the Windows 8 era}, see this Epson support page:

otherwise, contact/email Epson support about the Workforce 633 printer driver problem on Windows 11.
