    Hello:

Can anyone advise me on how I can create a list of labels, then turn around and use the same list for envelopes.

I am using the customed Avery Labels for the labels, but I would like to use the same list for the envelopes.
Could I also use the email contacts, to create a list.

    Thanks

I’d create two separate mail merge documents: one for the labels, and one for the envelopes, both with the same data source. I don’t think you can combine them in one document.

You can use Outlook contacts as a data source. You can initiate the mail merge from Word – step 3 offers ‘Select from Outlook Contacts’ as one of the options. You can also activate a contacts folder in Outlook, optionally select some contacts, then select Tools | Mail Merge there.

        Hello Hans:

Thanks for your support I have followed and tried your instructions, however, I am trying to omit the email address and the phone number, it give you blanks and nonblanks, but I cannot seem to get rid of the two columns.

        Thanks

You don’t need to use all columns in the mail merge. Or am I missing something?

            Hello Hans:

Sorry my last post was not written correctly, I am trying to omit the email, and phone number sections, yet, I find it difficult to do?
