    Is there a way to tell Word not to think it’s smarter than I am? I want to print envelopes that are 4 3/8″x5 3/4″. This size is approved by postal regs and is for invitations. However, Word says they’re too small (see below) and makes me select a different size, forcing me to manually adjust margins and tabs to put the mailing and return addresses in the right place.

      I fear you’re stuck with adjusting the margins manually, AFAIK there is no way to let Word accept envelope sizes smaller than the minimum.
