    How do I make a default font for envelopes in Word?
    Currently the font defaults to Arial. I want to use Times New Roman. I’m having to change this each time I create a new envelope.
    Help!

      Modify the styles called “Envelope Address” and “Envelope Return” selecting the font you wish to use. Ensure that changes to your “normal.dot” template are saved. Then try making an envelope and see what happens.

      Another way (in W97), Envelopes/Options/Font, select the font you want then click the Default button in the bottom left corner.
