Emulating Windows 10 Screen Layout in Windows 11

I’ve used this Windows 10 screen layout for many years (see attached photo).

Is there any way I can emulate this layout in Windows 11 using add-on software?

The taskbar cannot be moved in Windows 11 without a registry hack – nobody likes change!

Among several other things, StartAllBack ($5) gives the ability to move the taskbar to top, bottom, left or right.
