Email Received in Outlook 07 (Otlk 2007 sp1)

When an email (jmail) is sent from our LMS to staff using Outlook 2007, the html buttons are disabled. However, if the same jmail email is sent to staff using otlk 2003 the buttons function properly. What has changed from 2003 to 2007 in outlook that would change this and how to I work around it?
I’ve attached an email that works correctly to this post.

The HTML email rendering engine in Outlook has changed. In versions 2000-2003, it was Internet Explorer. In Outlook 2007, it is Word. Obviously this affects how messages are displayed, but I hadn’t thought about whether or how this change might affect the composition of messages. Hmmm…

Microsoft published a couple of articles on which HTML works in Outlook 2007 before its release. I’m not sure whether these are still current, but they are a starting point.
