    I am attempting to do a large email merge (to Outlook) from Word. There are two hyperlinks (an URL and an email address) included in the Word 2002 merge document but when I merge them to email, the links no longer work. Is there a way to retain the links after merging?

        It fixed the problem perfectly! Thank you so much – I had been to the Microsoft site to try to find this myself but didn’t have any luck.
